.: Player Story:

Started playing when I was 9, had been playing football for two seasons but got bored with it and decided to do something different. Had quite a good first year, scored 12 goals, we came last or 2nd last in the league, but had alot of fun anyway. The next year, our Capitan, Joe Ackroyd, left us, so me and Nathan took turns at being captain, me doing it most of the time. The four years I had with that minors and intermediates team were great, but unfortunately, all of them (apart from Gavin) left, so I moved up to the Elite team. This has been my second year in the Senior squad, and apart from losing out on the League by two goals last year, it has been a good time. This season, I have also been playing with the Manchester U16s team, and we are going to win the U16s league, so a very good start at Manchester. In my first game at Manchester, the usual captain, Aaron, wasn't playing - so I ended up doing it, played three games in the Derek Colton Memorial tournament. Scored two hattricks, and came 2nd in the tournament.

Hopefully, next year I will be playing in the England U21 National squad in the World Championships, hopefully anyway :)
